I posted several examples of my dissatisfaction with modern manuals, no matter if it is for vehicles, kitchen tools or computers. OEMs know people are stupider today than they was 50 years ago. Now I found this and start questioning the term "rocket scientist" from back in the day. Is it really about intelligence or was it used sarcastically? 🤔
well the people working kn the shuttle docking system for the modified 747 also wrote something like "shuttle goes here" on it, so yeah this is definitely irony and sarcasm
